Chickpea Pop-Up Menu
Chickpea is a vegetarian & vegan restaurant in Worcester, MA that donates 100% of their profits to animal rights organizations. In October they hosted a pop-up dinner in the White Room at Crompton Collective to raise funds for a permanent location. Their dinner featured many ingredents from the Canal District Farmers Market.
The menu was written in colored chalk on an old school chalkboard. appetizers, and first three courses were written on one side, then the chalkboard flipped to reveal desert and drinks on the other. time to complete : 3 hours.
